Sorry for lacking of German, I left a request here.

(It's hard to reach operator using 0800 278 7000)

I'm using Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable at my home. 

And I requested a new service line Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable at my second flat.

But today I receive Vodafone change my home Internet from 200 cable to 50 cable.

I requested "ADDITIONAL" service in different address.

Could you help me?
