Hello,
I have the contract Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable
Ii will move out my flat on september 30th. I don´t have yet contract with a new flat. I will take a temporary flat with all service inclusive and therefore i wont be able to move my current vodafone contract or services to the new one. In 6 months I will move again and get a empty apartment where I can take my internet service to. Could you please sugest me what are my options in regard two follwing concerns?
1. Stop providing service to my current apartment so it is not misused at my resposability. (or could it be possible to transfer the contract and the responsability to new tenants when available? , to my knowledge, there is no new tenant coming immediatly from Ocotber 1st)
2. Avoid me to pay many months as possible while i am not using the service. Eventually (in about 6 months) i am willing to take or re-hire the service again.
I have been customer for many years and will keep being. So I hope you can help me during this transition period.
Thank you

Hi Walrus,
as already mentioned in your old thread, it's not possible to pause your contract for several months.
You can either cancel your contract at the regular end of the term or take your contract with you to the new address. Should our service not be technically possible at the new address, you can cancel with a notice period of three months.
Regards
Stephan
