you cancelled the contract and got a confirmation? On it you will find the termination date.

would you be so kind to elaborate which mail do you have in mind ?
I can only find a mail from the cable company that they can not install the product and information about the invoices from Vodafone Kabel.
Considering that you have already stopped the product several months ago, I feel like it is in order to have a better explanation as to why the charges still continue ?
Even your page about the product is saying that this is not correct and it will be corrected in the next month which did not happened for few months already.

what exactly is on the bill? Which account holder and IBAN on the account statement, Vodafone GmbH or Vodafone Kabel Deutschland?

The reason why I have noticed it is that now I have both payments
I see in my bank statement in the last Month Vodafone GMBH (IBAN DE32 3007 0010 0317 8001 00) which I believe is correct - the latest payment 23.98 for my active DSL
however in the same moth I see Vodafone Kabel Deutschland (IBAN DE13 3807 0059 0045 3357 00) as well which should not be there for several months already. I believe it should have ended in February,when there was last invoice generated, yet the payment is still request from Vodafone Kabel side.

thanks for the pm.
You have no active contract under your cable number for a while.
However, in the last few months you still received money transfers from you. We ourselves do not debit anything from your account for the expired cable contract.
Is it possible that you forgot to delete the standing order at your bank? There is now a credit balance on the old contract account.

the last cash receipts for the old cable customer account are definitely transfers, not direct debits.
The last transfer is dated June 22nd.
