I had a Vodafone accoutn for several years, but then decided to move out of Germany. For the last 6 months i'm getting anmanung after anmanung. But i do not know why. I pay every anmanung to avoid problems.
But after 7 months i stell get anmanungs.
I tried to call (from abroad) Vodafone, but i do not speak German. And then the trouble starts. They are not allowed to speak english, or please press 6 (a non existing entry) , or tell "operator" to the computer (not recognized), or call different numbers (they still do not speak English), Write an English e-mail: answer: we are not allowed to answer English e-mails.
I can not log into my account (i did never activate it), if i want to activate they will send a letter to my German address (where i do not live anymore). I do no thave my German phone number any more.
They use my German e-mail address which i will loose in 3 months.
I do not know what to do any more? except paying the Manung to avoid bigger problems. (but i will not see them anymore in a gew months).
The last proposal i did get was to go to this forum , so thsi is the next attempt.
Any idea how to solve my problem.
PS: I also get e-mails that they want me back as a customer: My answer to every non Germna speaking person: Never ever sign up with Vodafone

For which kind of contract was the vodafone account ? DSL, Cable or Cellphone ?
Did you inform VF about your move ?

I also have an email whichs shows they have seen my Kundiging. I also returned the modem and the box.
The amounts are small 3 to 5 euro up 25 euro

After 4 months, many (expensive) phone calls, believing every suggestion and finding out they are not true I finally ended up at Facebook (by reading other messages on this forum). I think here i found the help i needed (at least they met soem of their promisses already, i still have to wait for the final solution).
They found out i cancelled my contract except TV (!) . Not sure hwo to watch TV without a modem/box and it looks like i also have to pay extra as i do not have a Germna bank account.
My advice reamins: If you do not speak German: stay away from Vodafone.
