To whom it may concern,
I have an active Kabel Deutschland account since 13. November 2019 and I have chosen Zahlung per Lastschrift as a payment method and since the first day I have received two bills but nothing is deducted from my bank account. I would like to check the reason as I do not want any interruption in my service.

Hi Mehranjn,
it may well be that you have received a credit note at the beginning of the contract and therefore nothing has been debited yet.
I can tell you more details if you send me a private message with the following information:
your name
your address
date of birth
your customer number

And it's so as I supposed. You got a credit note at the beginning of the contract.
You still have a credit on your account and the first debit from your bank account will be in February. Then the credit is used up and in March the first full amount of 19,99 Euro will be debited for the first time.

Hi Mehranjn,
the first debit will be in February, but that will be less than 2,- Euro.
The first debit for the full amount will be in March. Unless you get another credit. ![]()
