I want to cancel my cabel tv contract and extend my internet contract. Is there some shop in Leipzig where people speak English so I can do this and also return my "Vodafone Giga TV 4k Box", or I can do it online also?
you can cancel the contract via the contact form in the customer portal. There you will also find the possibility to upgrade your Internet & Phone contract.
