Canceling contract

Guten Tag,

I'm leaving the country so need to cancel my red cable contract. I called customer services in June to notify that I'll be leaving in November/December but haven't had any confirmation back.

Since then I have called multiple times and no one has been able to assist me. I have sent a online contact form and been informed to post a new thread on the forum. I can see that my termination date has been update on my account to January however this isn't correct.

Please could you get in touch so we can discuss this further

yes the date should be updated in your customer centre.

the router must be returned within 14 days after the contract runs out. Of course you can also send the router earlier.

Thanks for the information. With regards to the termination date being the 03/01/2019. I’m leaving Germany on the 20th November 2018. Can you change the termination date.

Thank you very much for all the help and information you have provided. I wish I had contacted you sooner. I have received the email to say that my move date has been adjusted. Will this also be updated on my account as it shows the 03/01/2019 at the moment.
