Good day, community
For over two weeks we've had to work from home and are suffering with terrible internet performance. Aside from daily disconnects, we're not getting the performance we pay for.
We pay the additional 2.99 a month for 50Mb upload (a service which seems to now be for free? Why do we still pay?) but struggle to even reach 15mb.
Our router has its own connection speed test onboard; you'll see download is relatively good, often hitting our 100Mb max speed, which is fine. Uploads barely reach 15mb. No good.
A few weeks ago the results were far better.
I work in IT, so I'll not accept simple suggestions like rebooting my router. 😜
Instead, I would appreciate my connection being tested and corrected.

So, new router has arrived and performance (specifically upload) is sometimes better. I'll report back after a week or so of testing... ; )

Hi Lars,
according to the system you have upgraded and get a new cable router. Please see how it works with the new router.
