Hello,
I have received documents regarding tranfer of a kabel contractto me as a new owner, the letter says I can obtain an activation code here - www.vodafone.de/ac - that address gets me nowhere. I'd like to find out the correct address as now I cannot complete my profile without activation code.

with pleasure I am helpful to you. Please send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address by private message. If you like, I can also give you an e-mail address where I can send it to.

Hi Michael,
please make sure that you select "Kabel". There you only need the 3 boxes. This should work then ![]()
