Problems with receiving WhatsApp notifications when connecting via the GigaCube

Hello,

 

I had a problem connecting to the Gigacube.

 

When the mobile phone is connected to the Gigacube, I only receive WhatsApp messages and other notifications such as Facebook, emails, etc. when I open the corresponding apps. I do not receive notifications when I am not using the corresponding application, or I receive notifications after a delay.

 

If you are connected to the mobile internet, everything works fine.

 

Basically, the connection is OK. Streaming, surfing, playing games, watching videos etc. work perfectly. The only problem I get is receiving WhatsApp and other notifications

 

Please help me to solve this problem. Thanks for the support.

please send me a private message with:

 

1. your mobile number or customer number

2. your customer password

3. 2 examples with time and date

4. exact location of the GigaCube

5. brief description of the problem

Then I pass a ticket to the department for testing
