terminate my Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable contract

Hi ,

I have a 'Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable' connection with below contract.

Contract start:09/22/2017

Earliest possible end of contract:09/22/2019

Last possible cancellation receipt until:06/29/2019

As I'm moving to new flat i want to cancel this connection. New flat owner is providing internet connection ( it is mentioned my new house contract) so i want to cancel present internet connection.

Can you please let us know how to cancel this connection.

Do I need to pay any money for cancellation.

welcome to our Community.

If you want to cancel your contract, we need a written cancellation from you. The contract is then terminated at the end of the contract term. In your case this would be 22.09.2019.

You can terminate your contract earlier if you move to an address that we cannot supply. You can terminate your contract earlier if you move to an address that we cannot supply. This can be a copy of the rental agreement or the registration confirmation for the new address.
