Upgrade DSL connection to Red Internet 250 DSL

Hello,

 

I've been using the Red Internet und Phone 50 DSL service for the last year and today I saw that Red Internet 250 DSL is supported in my area.

 

I would like to switch to this service. On my dsl.vodafone.de console, I have the option to switch to that tarrif but none of the perks of the offer ( https://zuhauseplus.vodafone.de/internet-telefon/dsl/ ) are given there.

 

Is there a way to upgrade to Red Internet 250 DSL and get the benefits of the offer? If yes, please advice.

Hey clio_muc_11,

most likely at the date of the neccessary switch from cable to dsl , a higher bandwith was not available.
If you had to change from cable its most likely since the owner of the house did cancle the supply with tv/cable for the appartment.


I can change your tariff into the internet & phone 250 DSL . Takes roughly 2 weeks, leads to a new runtime of 24 month.
The tariff costs 49.99 monthly.

the offer is for new customers. Just like you did, new customers get special benefits.

 

Existing customers can switch their tariff in MeinVodafone

 

When chosing your DSL contract you should see all available tariffs.

Hello Jens-K,

 

If you take a look at my account (let me know if you need the account info), you will notice that I was forced to switch from a 200Mbit/s Kabel connection to a DSL 25MBit due to a requirement (which I never understood) by my landlord (Vonovia).

 

I think it's fair to ask for a the customer offer as I never intended to switch from the fast connection back to the slow 25Mbit DSL.

 

Please let me know if you can consider my request.
