Hi team
I wan sending request to Terminate my DSL contract for 3 months now. I have sent a post and no reply from Vodafone. I have called the customer service agent and they have promised to terminate the contract immediately by there is no action been taken after the call as many time.
I moved to different city due to corona and job loss to a shared accommodation and there is a DSL connection already in the place. henceforth I cannot use the DSL service from Vodafone and pay the money without using it. Also I have to return to India since my Visa status is expiring and I cannot extend the Visa here without a job. Kindly process the termination as soon as possible.

This isn't working in that way.
If you move, you have to report a move and it'll be checked if your contract can be fullfilled at the new address or not. Only in case it cannot, you are granted a right to premature cancel the contract with a 3 months notice period starting by the day your move request is received but the earliest by the date of the move.
For this check, it does not matter if there is another internet connection available or not - only the fact it your connection can move matters.
And if you go back to India, same thing applies: Report the move, provide proof and in case that the contract cannot be fullfilled, the contract will end with that 3 months notice period from the date of the report but not earlier than 3 months from the day of the move.

I have subitted proof of owner provided DSL connection and Rent contract also. Kindly process the termination as soon as possible.

Again: It doesn't matter if there is already a DSL connection or not! It only matters if YOUR contract can be fullfilled at the new address or not - in case it can, it will move, only in case it cannot, it'll be cancelled with the 3 months notice period that is mentioned in the telecommunications law.
Next: (Unconditional and Non-Premature) Cancellation requests for the end of the term have to be provided in German and in written form. Cancellations using phone calls are not valid.
