Hi,
I have done contract cancellation on Jan 2018 and I received a confirmation for the same that after 30th May 2018 , my contract will be cancelled.
Still I am receiving bill and money is getting deducted due to SEPA.
Please suggest what to do!

Edit: Would you scan your credit card and post the pictures online? If not, why would you post a letter that contains all your personal data used by Vodafone openly on a public board?

Thanks for your reply.
It was not premature cancellation. 2 years was supposed to complete on 29.05.2018.
Also termination letter state my kudennummer and I was not having any other contract except this DSL connection.
following was mentioned in confirmation letter ''Ihr Vertrag mit uns endet zum 29.05.2018. Ab diesem Datum können Sie über Ihren Vodafone-Anschluss nicht mehr telefonieren oder angerufen werden. Auch die Nutzung des Internets ist über den Anschluss nicht mehr möglich''.
Also Prices got changed by 10 euro.
Money already got debited from my account, sould I block that amount or it will be reimbursed?

This is the mobile board but you are writing about your DSL connection?

I was not aware that you have different board for Mobile and DSL.
It was for DSL connection. Could you help in this case?

The latest charge was the fee for taking your phone number to another ISP.
The contract has been cancelled in June.
