No internt since last 4 days in Stralauer Platz 35

Vodafone DSL connection not working sinnce last Thrusday. It is quite unexpectable service and casuing lots of money during home office. Please fix it asap, vodafone system says updated that it is fixed yesterday. But, still it doesnt work for many of the tenants of the Stralauer Platz 35.

Thanks, for the response. It has been fixed. But there no refund or compensation for those days which cost me money to buy mobile data.
