Hello Team,

 

2 months back I ordered DSL connection and I was given an appoinement for 23rd Jan 2019. I took leave and now I get a message saying that they cannot enable DSL and I should get another connection!

 

Could this be fast tracked please!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

This is really tiring guys! Pathetic customer service from Vodafone!!!

which message did your receive from us exactly?

 

Do we have to make another appointment? Or is there a technical issue?
