Hello,
I've called recently regarding my EasyBox804 router not showing up on the WiFi list. It was working properly since we got it about 1 year ago and now it's been 3 weeks since it's stoppped working.
This was reported to the Customer Support and i've been told to restart it via easy.box page. I don't recall recieving the welcome mail containing the MIC code that i need now. Apparently there should also be an option in the mobile app but i can't find it.
Can i request MIC somewhere else?

Did you already register your DSL contract in MeinVodafone? Then you can order a new MIC directly via your online portal.
If not, I can send you a new MIC. Then please send me a private message with your customer number, customer password (or alternatively name, address and birth date of the contract owner) and your mobile number.
