Hi,
Recently I have taken new vaodafone combination pack for DSL, internet and TV. The day technician came for connection my landlord was not available so he returned mentioning that you need to take new appointment. Now I am not able to take new appointment online. Vodafone on call helpline *piep*, when I call them they speak only German and not able to understand me.
I feel cheated as I am trying to contact vodafone but not able to get any answer, I can't expect the same with an international service provider like Vodafone.
In my vodafone site my connection is showing activated while in reality telephone line is not connected.
It would be great if someone can help and let me know the place where can I contact.
