Internet is slow

hi team, 

 

My internet is very slow. It breaks as well. I connected via WLAN and also LAN. LAN gives me below 10 Mbits/s as per speed check. Please help me to resolve the issue as it's interrupting my work.

Hey Jagadeesh,
i'm sorry to hear that your landline if performing lower then expected.

What tariff is it concrete? 10Mbit/s may be normal for an Internet & Phone 16. Definitly too slow for a higher Tariff.

Is the speedchecks with mediocore results & upload between 0,5 & 1,1 Mbit look like a I&P 16.

HI, 

I have a tarrif of Bandwidth downstream 100,000 . ( 100 Mbits) . But I get only 10 Mbits and upload is only 1Mbit. 

 

I tried in all the devices in WLAN ( smartphones and also in tab) . Also I connected via LAN ( wired) and get the same speed which is very low .

Please check and help to resolve the issue as soon as possible

and you already tried it with LAN Connection?

Hello Boris, 

Yes, I am connected via LAN only. The speed doesnt cross 10Mbit/s at all. It is very slow and i'm struggling to work since last a week. 

 

I did not get any response or resolution from vodafone yet. Please help me to resolve the issue asap. IT is affecting my work
