Hello. I subscribed last year to an internet contract with router for 21,99€ . Last december, I bought a router and sent yours back. Since then, the price of the subscription didn't change ... ? I though it would be automatic but maybe I have to make a request ? Please let me know. G 🙂

Hello FFwG,
the router is part of the contract and it is always better to have one of our routers at home in case of an incident.
Usually, a return of the device will not be accepted as long as the contract runs or there is a special instruction for our logistic centre.
Are you sure that you are using a DSL contract? Or maybe a cabel contract?

Hello Dani,
The router was not powerful enough for the flat. Vodafone sent me 2 different routers but it was not good enough so I bought my own router. I sent the router back in its original box with the "retour" adress. That's the situation today.
So what do we do ? Do you send me back the router or do we re-ajust the contract ?
and yes, I have a cable contract with you.

Hallo FFwG,
at the cost nothing changes by sending back the router. We can send you a new one. For this we charge 29,99 Euro.

Oh ... I was a bit naive to think that I wont pay the router rental by sending it back. Could you at least tell me that it's writen in my file that I sended it back ? Because it's still written on my invoice that I'm paying 2€ for it. Thanks. G.

you don't pay for the router either. You pay the option W-LAN. We can finish this on time.
