So sorry for the English, but I'm still learning German, and it's not good enough yet to describe the issue.
I signed a contract for a Vodafone DSL connection and the technician already came on 12th November. Since I have provided the previous tenant name, a message from Vodafone said that I do not need to stay at home when the technician comes. So I do not really know what the problem is. The technician said the Internet is working now, but I can not use it after I came home at night.
The router I used is 804 which I bought from Vodafone shop. The light of internet is not on. When I try to activate the router, the page states "Please plug the DSL into the dedicated DSL port" - which is already plugged in, and it will not let me continue.I have tried to reset the router and re-plug in, but still have no response.
I so tried to call the hotline for many times, but it's so difficult to pass the machine and talk to a person who can speak English. I even use my mobile data, so I have no internet everyday.
I would really appreciate any help in this matter.
