DSL Online Activation Code & Move [Help!]

Hi Guyz,

I really need help.

After my dsl contract I did not get any activation code or a welcome letter. I've been struggling for a year to get my activation code but it has been extremely painful.

Now I have to make a move and it is even more difficult. I have tried to call the customer support, but they do not respond. I can not do this without my online registration code. I personally went to the customer's office but they gave me an application to fill and send it. I sent it to the following address (Vodafoen GmbH PO Box 10 25 63, 45025 Essen), which returned saying this receiver does not exist.

I am really struggling here.

Hi wjx,

please send with a PN with your customer number. Then I'll look for the online registration code.
