DNS problem, can't connect to internet

Hello Community,

Sorry for talking in english, but my german is really really poor.

I have a problem with my DSL connection at home, I called several times to the support centre but was impossible to reach a english speaker agent, that's why I decided to came here. I don't really know if this way should be the correct one, but it's impossible for me through the call center. It seems to be a DNS problem, I can see several error messages in fritzbox 7430's page.

The message says "Anmeldung der Internetrufnummer 040XXXXXXXX war nicht erfolgreich. Ursache: DNS-Fehler"

I checked the configuration using a link from fritzbox, everything seems to be OK, but still impossible to connect to internet on my PC or using my cellphone.

I hope someone could help me (:

Hey milo_O,

did you setup your fritzbox with our modem installationcode - or manually?

If possible, please try to reset the router to factorydefaults & use our modeminstallationcode.
This way all the the correct settings are imported from our configuration server.

If the error still remains, you could try using a different DNS-Provider like f.e. google.

The Google DNS primary server is 8.8.8.8

Alternative DNS 8.8.4.4
