Hi!

I am going to need a new internet connection to the second apartment of mine. It is a newly built apartment. 

I have contacted building's Hausverwaltung and I was informed that vodafone is not covering the area and only Telta does, NO OTHER PROVIDER!

I was like, how is this even true in Germany!

I would really want to have a contract with Vodafone, so far, I have a great relationship with vodafone, and it would be great if you could let me know if vodafone is offering your services at my apartment's specific address.

I'm glad that you want to remain loyal to us.

In some buildings there are exclusive contracts with certain providers. In these cases we cannot provide a connection ourselves.

Is there a telephone socket (TAE) or only a multimedia socket (MMD) in your apartment?

The TAE looks like an old keyhole. Multimedia sockets have round connections.

If a telephone socket is available, you could try to order a DSL connection from us.

You can do this, for example, here https://zuhauseplus.vodafone.de/internet-telefon/dsl/.

Unfortunately, we have no influence on whether your landlord will allow us to connect you.

In any case, I would be happy if it works with another DSL connection from us in the new apartment.
