Hello! My contract had to be canceled on 26 of April. But it's still active... I also didn't receive instructions on how to send back the router. Thanks!

Hi Darya,
the contract has been terminated since 26.03.2021 and is also no longer charged.The technical disconnection will take place a few days later on 07.04.2021.
On 16.03.2021, we sent you a returns slip together with the cancellation confirmation by e-mail. I have now sent you the letter again. Please check your email inbox.
Please put the return slip in the package with the router and send it to the return address.
