Hello,
I already have a MyVodafone account associated with my mobile contract, and I wanted to add my DSL to the same account. However, when I try to do so (through the "Add Contract / Phone Number" link) and I use my DSL online registration code I get this error message:
Entschuldigung, da ist was schiefgelaufen.
Bitte versuchen Sie es später noch einmal.
I've been trying for several days, so it does not seem like a temporary problem with the website ...
Could anyone help me with this?

sorry for the inconvinience.
Have you already linked the onlineregistrationcode with an other/old my vodafone login?
Otherwise please try to delete all cookies/cache & test another browser.
By building a single login for all our customers , some issues still remain till today.
Our technicians are working on a fix.
We moderators can't touch your myvodafonelogin / add contracts because of privacyreasons.
