Vodafone technical service staff are impossible. Vodafone sent me without my request a box to replace my Fritzbox for a price of 29,99€. I accepted to try it out because after weeks Vodafone could not solve the problem as to why I was getting 11.4Mbits instead of upto 500. I decided to Colbert the new box but it did not work. So I was to get a technician tomorrow. I decided to put put back the Fritzbox but now am activation code no longer worked. I spoke to technicians after that and both were rude and used vulgarity. This is unacceptable. If I could I would end my contract immediately but now I am imprisonned by the contract and must be a victim of Vodafone staff. How can something like this still take place on the 21st century. In U.K., customers are treated like royals by BT and Sky. I should have gone to Telekom.
