Hello,
I got a new prepaid card and I'd like to create MeinVodafone account with username and password. But I never receive the TAN SMS although the screen tells that it was sent.
Please see the screenshot of the SMS-sending screen. I've already check SMS sending/receiving from other phones.
It's 21th century and you are Vodafone. I believe you can manage to send this registration SMS.
I've also checked the technical side, this POST request : https://www.vodafone.de/api/vluxgate/vlux/send-tan
It's always returning OK response, but apparently it never triggers the SMS sending.

Hi @zafatar,
currently there is a malfunction when adding a contract/number, so SMS TANs are not send to CallYa customers when entering the phone number, if the customer number is unknown.
On the "Add contract/phone number" page ("Vertrag/Rufnummer hinzufügen")
A) Enter customer number (sometimes also called "Vertragname") and customer password and click on "Continue
or (if the customer number is unknown)
B) Enter phone number and customer password, click "Next" ("Weiter"),
copy the number in the ( ) after contract name ("Vertragsname"), click "Cancel" ("Abbrechen")
and continue with A) on the page "Add contract/phone number" ("Vertrag/Rufnummer hinzufügen"), as now you know the contract number/name ("Vertragsname") 🙂

Hello,
Thank you for your answer.
But unfortunately I can't produce and get the Vertragsnummer as you stated.
I've also created an account with no contract and then in the main page, I've tried "Vertrag hinzufügen" but that's failing too.
Can you please tell me more clearly how I can find my customer nummer? Is there a way to get it from any other page under vodafone.de or from the mobile app?

I've made some screenshots. Hope that helps you!
First of all, you have to login into your MeinVodafone account.
And then ...
1. Click on "Add contract/phone number"
2. Click on "Mobilfunk"
3. Enter your phone number and your customer password and then click "Next" ("Weiter")
4. Copy the number in the ( ) after contract name (Vertragsname) and click on "Cancel" ("Abbrechen")
5. Return to Step 2. and continue on the page "Add contract/phone number" ("Vertrag/Rufnummer hinzufügen")
Paste now the copied number "contract name (Vertragsname)" into the field customer number (Kundennummer), enter the customer password and click on "Continue
I hope it works for you good as for me while I've tested it 😉

I think I understand the problem. I don't have Kundennummer and I don't have "Kunden-Kenntwort" either. I thought this was the MeinVodafone internet password.
Since I don't have the `Rechnung` for my prepaid card (I have only the payslip "Rechnung", not contract one). I think I should have asked this while getting the card.
What will be the fastest way to reset the "Kunden-Kenttwort"? I'm about to fill the infodoc #265. Hope that will figure.

you need the "Kundenkennwort" for several administration things.
So it's good to set a new "Kundenkennwort" 😉
Yes, with the InfoDok 265 you can set a new "Kundenkennwort" ![]()
The fastest way will be to send it over the Kontaktformular.
You 'll find a very good and detailed explanation ( from our always helping SuperUser @Mav1976 ) how to to send an attachment over the Kontaktformular here: Customer password

I've got the reply from support team and they've updated my Kunden-Kenttwort and I was able to add my pre-paid contract to my account.
