I have an unusual situation. I transferred my number from postpaid to prepaid, and in the process, a guy from Vodafone told me to send 15 euros onto my number while is still active prepaid and he told me that everything would be fine. But that hasnt worked out for me. On the day when my contract was supposed to expire, the prepaid contract number was inactive, and there was no money on my account. Then I send another 15 euro, and only then was the number active. After few days, I received a letter from Vodafone, notifying me that I have 10,41 euro on my account that has been terminated on the day when my contract had expired. I went again to the Vodafone shop with the letter, but they never seen the letter like that before. I dont know what to do now. I have 10,41 euro somewhere but no one knows how to get them.
Any similar situation? Does anyone know what to do?
