I recharged my Callya number on MeinVodafone by bank payment method 4 days ago but till now the balance still zero. could you help me with this?

Hello @AliIbrahim,

have you ever looked in the Mein Vodafone app? There you can see whether the base price for a tariff or an option has been deducted.
