Call Ya not working

Hello, everybody,
I am so angry. 2 days after identification passed, callya not working! I am living far away from the city and cannot visit vodafone store. Their number for Callya not working when I try calling from another phone. I am going crazy how much energy it took from me already. So dissapointed!
I contacted POSTident, they are claiming it depends only on vodafone. Who could help me?

how did you register? Via the Vodafone shop or online via Vodafone.de?
