Hello, I called several times to customer service and I just can't get the label for the router retour.
I had a contract in Frankfurt am Main and now I moved to Berlin and had to change the vodafone contract.
I need to send the old device back asap.
Can you help me with the label for the retour?
On site it doesn't work either.

Hello GeorgianaN,
if it is a cable router, we will not send you a return slip. This was enclosed with the device at the beginning of the contract. If you no longer have it, you will have to return it at your own expense. We do not have the possibility to send return vouchers.
