I had a DSL contract with vodafone which was terminated by vodafone before it was activated. When I called the customer support about this they made a new contract for me and the customer agent told me that they are making the exact same contract as I had before (the terminated one) and that they would send this via email. When I recevied the new contract via email, I saw that as per my previous contract I had signed up for buying the router FRITZ!Box 7530 (Kaufgerät) and in the new one that the customer support agent prepared it has Vodafone EasyBox 805 (Mietgerät), the rented one. I need to get this changed on my contract to buy FRITZ!Box 753 before I book my activation appointment. I tried calling 0800 172 1212 multiple times, but the recorded machine does not give an option to select DSL, it always redirects me to Mobilfunk as I call from my vodafone number.

Hey Aakanksha,
I'm sorry that even the new contract is different from your order =(
Sadly we can not change the device once its ordered.
The cleanest way would be cancelling the order & enter it right.
Since you've said that we have terminated the initial order , there was most likely a reason for that.
Feel free to send me a private message with your dsl-customernumber/password.
And give me a short reply here in the thread once you've sent it.
