Hi,
I have registered for my move for my cable internet. I have received a confirmation letter and a new customer number however without an activation code. I am unable to activate my device at the new flat and could not request for an activation code. Can someone please help with this? Thank you.

Hi Thomas, just to provide more context, I can connect to the WiFi without any problems, but I was directed to a page and asked to enter an activation code to activate the modem. However, I have not received any related instructions in my new contract and nor have I received an activation code for the modem with my new customer number. I've called customer service several times to inquire about this issue and none of your colleagues have been able to figure out what is the problem as an activation code shouldn't be required. Since I am paying for the service, could you please let me know what to do so I don't have to spend the whole day calling again and ended up with no solution at all?

thanks for your pm.
In your case the self installation after your move doesn't work an a technician has to come to you.
As I can see, you already contacted customer support for an appointment with a technician.
