Problem with identification (foreign passport)

Hello,
Im having a problem with the Call-Ya activation at a post office. My foreign passport (Argentinian) is not working with the scanner they have. Im trying to reach you by the Online Chat but its not possible.

There is any other way to identify myself to start the sim delivery?

Hi @Josue,

The requirement for the Postident is an Argentine passport. If this cannot be scanned, I recommend buying a SIM card directly from a Vodafone shop.
