No network in Neu ulm city center

I don't receive mobile network in city center Von-Hünefeld-Str, 89231 Neu ulm but the map from the vodafone shows there is even 5g avaialable and I don't even get 2g . I have tried with different phones too. Any idea how I can report this please or anything I can do ? I cannot truly believe a major company has such a pathetic service in a first world country.
