CallYa Allnet Flat M Prepid SIM is not working. We bought it yesterday. It has been activated according to your page, however it is still not working. Can you please help?

activating a new CallYa card can take up to 24 hours.

If nothing has happened after these 24 hours, please send me a PN with your CallYa phone number.
