Hello
After two years of using the router without problems, since two days there in no internet connection and when I try to connect I get the page "Aktivierung Ihres eigenen Endgerätes".
my Kundennummer: ***
the AktivierungsCode I don not find anywhere I cant create a new one because the Sicherheitscode does not show on the screen.
As I dont speak German, is there some English hot;line to help?

Have you cancelled your contract? As two years is the minimum contractual term - so the first time a cancellation would become active.

I also suspect that your connection has been cancelled. Please send me your details by PN (name, customer number, address and date of birth).
