English support needed - umzug, No internet

Hello Team,

 

I am a vodafdone kable customer and have shifted to my new aprtment recently. I have filled the umzug services form in kundenservices portal  2 weeks before the shifting. After that i received an e-mail that its just a plug and play. But, i still not getting the internet in my new apartment. i have called customer care for the storung support, then they informed me that my new kundennummer is not yet activated. i have called customer care for kundennummer activation. Unfortunately, i couldn't speak with some one who can speak in English. Could some one help?
