[ENGLISH Assistance please] Severe disruptions in the internet speed

Hello,

I have been having several disruptions in the internet connections. I have 250/25 Mbps cable internet connection. The internet speed seems to drop to very few Mbs at times. I have met with call disruptions in my work. I work from home and such disturbances are too bad while on a call with my team. Some times the download speed drops and at other times the upload speed drops. The problem is very momentary but it is highly annoying. The images cannot really justify the problem I got. Even web pages do not load. I have tried resetting the router, cleared cache and restarted my system.

Please do tests only using a wired connection.
