Customer since 03/22. Flashing red light on router.

Hello. I have had both mobile and cable internet with Vodaphone since March. Early this evening we experienced a network outage at my house. The red light has been flashing on the router ever since and none of the troubleshooting methods have worked. 

I really appreciate the help.
