I have been experiencing issues with my Cable Internet for the past 8 days. My zip code is 61462 in Koenigstein, and my internet has not been functioning during this period.
I contacted customer service through my German colleague, and they informed me that they are currently working on resolving the issue. However, there hasn't been any noticeable improvement thus far.
I would like to know how much longer I will have to wait until my internet is reconnected. The network assistant continues to display the following message:
