Hello,
I have a DSL connection since several years and upgraded to 250MB recently therefore I had to upgrade my modem/router to the EasyBox 805, now it seems like it randomly disconnects 4 or 5 times during the day.
Before I had a slower connection and the Easybox 804 and almost never had this issue. I don't speak German very well, and so I was unable to figure out your customer care.
What can I do to rectify this? Should I contact Vodafone via WhatsApp and wait for english speaking support there?

yes, that's the best idea. The support on WhatsApp can communicate with you in English.
