English Help! Only 1 outlet working

Hello, I've been a vodafone customer for a few months. My internet is great but only 1 cable outlet works in the entire house-living room. I would like to move the modem/router to my office room for direct connection to my PC via etherent and get better wifi connection in the bedroom, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

if you want to have the box relocated, please do it through a private technician. You can hire any antenna technician for this.
