Lost sim card but never got a customer password

I lost my phone along with my sim card and when i went to the vodafone shop to get a new sim card, i was asked for a customer password. I have never received such a password. I bought the sim from a store 2 years ago and received nothing with it. I similarly lost my sim card 1 year ago and the vodafone shop was able to ship me a new sim card after verifying my identity without any issues. I have searched every letter i have received so far and couldnt find the customer password anywhere. Is there anything i can do? all my official accounts are linked to this number and therefore i am desperate.
