How can I cancel the automatic daily wourldwide package?

I pay a crazy monthly tariff and now abroad for 3 months. I have a local sim and dont need the German line. I just want to be able to to receive SMS... NO sending SMS,  No calls - coming or calling. No use of data. But if I turn off my phone it cost 9.99 a day! 3 months are more than 1000 Euros!!!! I have a prepaid with a balance of 0 that receives SMS... but when you have Tariff of many Euros you cant get SMS from your bank ... How is it possible? hoe can it be cancelled ?
