Hi, I moved into a new address on June and I had given kündigung the same month by placing the copy of the kündigung with the router package while sending it to vodafone as requested by the vodafone executive. I have been invoiced for the next 3 months could anyone please help me with this, I am not understanding if it has been cancelled or not.

Hello Archiv_Internet,

 

the correct way is to inform us of your move via our moving service. We will then check whether we can continue to supply you at your new address. If we cannot continue to provide you with service, your contract will be terminated with 3 months' notice in accordance with the Telecommunications Act. Have you received a confirmation of termination?
