Hello Vodafone , Please I will like to know why my invoice for this month has phone bill in it , Because I did not use the phone connection at all
I was charged 8 euro for something I did not use , there is even no phone box connected to the cable
Can someone explain to me please. I already sent a mail to support but I dont understand their response and also I can never get to speak with customer care in english .

did you perhaps have call forwarding activated in the customer portal?

No I did not do anything like that and I have checked my profile now , call forwarding is not enabled
Something seems to be wrong please help me as customer care doesnt speak english so its hard to call them to ask
