Vodfone Cable Internet : Request Activation Code : Customer Number

Hi Guys,

I booked Vodafone Cable Internet connection in Berlin , however when I try to register myself to MyVodafone website- it asks me for an Activation code and Customer number.

my question :

1. Where can I find my customer number - it is supposed to be 9 digit number ( i found one on the page where the contract information i.e. how much mbps plan i took etc is listed )

2. Other thing I have is an Order Number listed on first page , but its an 8 digit number.

Please help.
