Hi!
I replaced my router with a FritzBox in March and sent you back my previous router IMMEDIATELY. I had a slip from DHL and I made sure that it got delivered.
Now this month I was charged 35€ for "Preis für Nichtrücksendung W-LAN eMTA".
What do you mean you didn't receive it???
Please investigate this ASAP!

There is no support in the forums since 08/22
For english support you can contact VF via Facebook or Twitter
